Refund & Return Policy

Mandatory: Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth return or refund process, we require a mandatory **Unboxing Video** of the package. The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits) and should clearly show the shipping label and the defect. Claims without a valid video proof will not be entertained.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be raised within **48 hours** of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.
Original packaging and invoice must be returned with the product.

Refund Policy

Once the unboxing video and returned product pass our quality check, the refund will be approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within **5-7 working days** to your original payment method.
Please note that customized or personalized jewelry pieces are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges if you receive an incorrect or damaged product (subject to video proof).
For size exchanges or personal preference changes, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
